Single-family houses in a row, forming linear blocks, forming the sides of the block and wrapping a common space of gardens, swimming pool and paddle. A common garage in the basement with a street that allows access to parking spaces under the houses.
Each house is accessed pedestrian from its facade to the surrounding roads, also has direct access to the common area. In each access to the houses there is a small garden with a minimum depth of 4.0 m, which is the set back to the official alignment.
